Q. What is the tuition at CBA?
A. Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year is $12,200. Fees are $300.

Q. When is the $1000 tuition deposit due?

A. Freshmen pay their deposit at registration, usually at the end of January. Upperclassmen will be billed and payment is due May 15th.

 

Q. Does CBA offer any tuition payment plans?
A. Yes.

Yes, CbA has a two payment plan: $5,750 due on August 15th and $5,750 due on May 15th.

OR

Families may enroll in Facts Tuition Management. This is an 8 month payment plan, taken directly from your checking or savings account. Withdrawals begin in July and end in February. Applications for "Facts" are available on-line  through the CBA homepage link and will be available March 1, 2011 through June 1, 2011, less $1,000 tuition deposit. The payments are $1,438 per month.

Q. What is the fee for the Facts plan? Can we stay on the plan for four years?
A. There is an annual enrollment fee of $53 when you sign up for Facts. Students will remain on Facts for their four years unless a parent/guardian calls CBA and cancels the agreemnt. Upperclassmen will be re- enrolled each year automatically.

Q. Does CBA offer financial aid?
A. Yes, based on financial need . Requests must be filed  through the computerized application process.

 Q. What percentage of students receive financial aid at CBA?
A. In 2009, over 17% of the student body received financial aid.

Q. When can we apply for financial aid?
A. A student must first take the entrance exam in November, receive an acceptance letter to attend CBA, and then participate in registration. At registration the $1000 tuition deposit is due.

After February 1st, online applications for financial aid will be available on the CBA website home page link. Upperclassmen may also apply for financial aid at this time.

Q. When is registration for Freshmen?
A. Registration will be held at CBA usually at the end of January. 

Q. Is the $1000 tuition deposit refundable?

A. Yes, 100% is refunded until March 1st. 50% is refunded until April 1st. There are no refunds available after April 1st. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writting and post marked by the above dates.                 

 
 Q. Are there any other charges I can anticipate?
A. There is a  one time $300 non-refundable registration fee.
 
Student book bills are billed through the CBA Bookstore.
